Read this book~!
Okie peeps, I'm currently reading 3 books... Hmmm Someone once wondered how I did that, I told that person "One is in my bag, one beside my bed, & last one in toilet..." Now now... I'm nt letting u know which one. Hahaa
For O Level students I kinda recommend Bill Bryson's A Short History Of Nearly Everything. The contents rock man! Haha ranges from geography to history & personal biographies... No pics though. A very interesting way to get one interested in History, Geography, Art, Sciences.
For the AFC (Average Fustrated Chum like me) I recommend The Game by Neil Strauss. Go learn something useful from him. But hey: NO OTHER ULTERIOR MOTIVES HOR!
For the Christian buffs, I recommend The Holy Blood & The Holy Grail. This is one of the books that Dan Brown heavily relied on to write the bestselling novel Da Vinci's Code.

Phew...
Wow... I realised I haven blogged for a long time... not that anyone bothers to read this lil post anyway... Hmmm anyway...
1) Grandma fractured her knee upon walking outta Bangkok Airport... So technically I didn't have a holiday there... Flew back the next day for emergence surgery...
2) Wish she would get well fast in time for CNY! I LOVE HER CURRY & POPIAH!
3) Saturday X'mas Eve was a quiet but fun night... but I did something stupid... So CL if you are reading this stupid person's blog... I'm SORRY
4) Spent the remaining days shuttling btw stops to toilet from Rakion... & Tan Tock Seng Hospital
5) I can't remember what I did on Monday cept to have dinner with them @ AMK. Not too bad
6) The Promise is somewhat of a comedy collaboration btw HK, Korea & Japan. Hilarious accents, costumes & "stunts" (by that I meant the CGI stunts... actual stunts might be taken seriously for me... Haha) Basically Cecelia Cheung never aged. That's what we concluded. & Nick still sux

Ministry Of Sound Arrives
I would prob say other than working on a Saturday (groan... I ALMOST WON THAT DARN PRIZE... 1 NUMBER AWAY NIA!!!) I've been pretty enjoying a lot. After work it was off to Cuiling's hse for a few (right...) rounds of mahjong. Haha pretty much fun. Then we headed to Causeway Pt for Swensens dinner and Jade's much awaited ice cream cake. Then... dum dum dum daaaa~! MINISTRY OF SOUND!!!
Pretty much waited queue for a while (while meaning a long time... LOOK AT THE QUEUE MAN!) while we made jokes about anything farnie and that Shrek-look-alike lady... Hahaha Jade, Cuiling, Lingzhi, Jing Onn, GLadwin and me were in that darn friggin long queue... Sigh... And it was then these ushers appeared asking if anyone had invites or membership. I showed them a sms I recieved from MoS... and lo and behold! WE WERE ASKED TO QUEUE RIGHT UP TO THE FRONT! Muahahaha and technically there wasn't a queue... We just waltzed right in... Hahahaha Sweet victory man~ Look at the faces of the others who looked at us & deemed us under-dressed! Hehe~
Inside proved to be nothing we have ever seen... What looked sparse & blank just 2 weeks back were in fact filled with every quality sound speakers they could afford to install, liqour to fill every glass, dance floor big enough to have everyone seriously dancing on it... Whoosh
Best night ever eh! After a bad bout of diarrhea... I still went out for partying... I must be mad...
Went to Cuiling's hse for a mahjong session... We tagged team to win lah. Jingonn: IT DOESNT MATTER WHERE YOU ARE MAN! MUAHAHAHA After that cabbed down to Eskibar at Boat Quay. We spent like 5 mins searching for the place... & I was greeted by the sight of Bon Bon standing outside... But then... SHE DIDNT RECOGNISE ME... Hmmmm It was quite cool inside lah (0 degrees ley) I guess I could live the life in England or Australia or temperate countries. Was introduced to some ladies namely Xiuping, Serene (I hope her name is correct) and erm... Ok I cant rem... Chilled out a bit before ordering my Singapore Sling (no pun intended for chilling out) I can do 2 knots with 3 stalks from cherries... A bit paiseh to ask the waitress for more... hahaha
We sat for a while then went 7-11 for some cup noodles. Afterwhich went to Lighthouse for more rounds (ok I had coke inside... needed to drive lah) Gladwin joined us after eons then the drinks were on him... Hmmm yuwei was there too.
Wah Lau... Kept being teased by Bon Bon lah... dropping subtle remarks like "Enjoying or nt" or "Shuang mah" -_- something like that... Wah lau... Thanks ah...
They all went home like quite high n drunk? Hahaha me? I was busy with my Mentos Strong Mint to bother... Hahaha

Abt just now
Oiii. That previous posts was just an afterthought abt the lots of newspaper coverage I read everyday k... Just some crazy thoughts ah. If anyone takes offense then I can't help them but to tell them to think about the same issues. If they still I'm wrong then I would like them to read the papers becoz such issues are around already before I brought them up. So there we go.

Now from what I gather recently, issues abt this actually stems out with problems with the people of other races & religions, prob sparking such huge & heated debates that could threaten Singapore's stability. Racism overseas, in countries like Australia, or US of A, often stems from skin colour or castes systems, or their heritage & ancestry... It's still something to do with "colour"... Hmmm
The reason I brought this up is partly to do with an incident (OK... a few a few...) with another person. No names shall be divulged least I go to court... (Horoscope in 2004 says I should do anything to avoid brushing against the law... So this is just a disclaimer...)
Say... If I harbour hatred for say Malays, or Indians, then I'm a racist. But... BUT! IF I were to harbour hate for people say Japanese, or Chinese? Chinese as in China Chinese (I consider myself to be a Singaporean Chinese)? Technically skin colour is same, language is derived from damn long ago ancestry lineage... where everyone prob mumbled their way to such different yet vastly similar languages. What If I hate them? Does that make me a racist? I honestly do not know man... Hmmm *scratch chin*

Thursday~!
... I can't profess to say that this is a great day... Work is still buggy... as in a lot of probs? Sigh... WHY can't you all just leave me alone? I'm trying my best lah... Come on lah... You guys keep wanting me to change... but why don't you change yourself??? I can't handle those situation for you! & stop telling me that you forgotten! If you have that right to "forget easily", then I also have that right too. I'm working for a darn measely pay now, but this is a job I fairly like. So stop forcing me to show my hand. Wake up yourself cuz I'm already up & doing work.
Had a great dinner with Maxim & Aijia, Huiping & Jason, & Kelvin. Thanks! Long time no such good dinner oredi... Haha miss the old times... Sigh I AM OLD.... Man...
Ok then headed to SP for usual hockey game... Hmm I guess today's atmosphere isn't all that great... Just dunno why... Prob cuz I dun really wanna see someone... Hmm... Messy feelings I'm having now lah... Sigh... Game was great... Damn good workout! Hmm scored a goal, a damn longshot... But in the very very end kena one own goal... BY MY OWN DARN HANDS... Ass man....
Cycled home myself alone... Had a lot of time to think... Sigh... I really think I'm nt suited for her... or that she doesn't quite like my type... It's hard to like a ger... It's harder to find a ger who likes you... It's really f-king ass hard to find a ger who you love AND she loves you too... Sigh... & Gladwin: Do what you please lah... Ok... first thing i got into work was kena shoot... WAH LAU. PLS LAH GIMME SOME LEAD TIME TO UNDERSTAND WHAT IS GOING ON LAH. FARK MAN... Still not happy with my work? Then I can't help you liao... Why must call her up... Be it good or bad intentions... I still feel it's like snitching on my back lah. Already told you my plans... why can't you understand? Who doesnt wan to go break... I also want... Wah lau... spoil mood after 10pm man...
Anyway that aside... I went to watch Chicken Little with Jingonn, Jade, Gladwin & Weijuan. Poor Weijuan no jacket... cold like mad... Hmm... On the whole not too bad lah... again I feel it had a lot of parodies & "borrowed" lines from famous movies. Haha damn farnie. Nt a moment was spent quiet! Hahaha! Great movie!
Next up: Zathura, The Chronicles of Narnia, Memoirs Of a Geisha!

December Descends!
Okie first I wanna wish Zhiwang a belated Happy Birthday! And to Ying Ying, Bee Siang, Thai King Bhumibohl, Shufen, for having their birthdays on mine as well! MUAHAHAHAH!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY ALL!!! I'll try to update everynight k... CUZ... erhem... a lot of people birthdays this month... STAGGERING MAN!!! I used to think I only share my birthday with Shufen... NOW I KNOW BETTER!!!
